1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jiliall," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the jiliall platform and its operating entity, accessible at jiliall.org.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a jiliall account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on jiliall.
• "Platform" means the jiliall website, mobile application, and all associated services and features.
• "Real Money Play" means any gaming activity conducted using funds deposited into a jiliall account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's account by jiliall.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by jiliall before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jiliall, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with jiliall's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Players regardless of the device used to access jiliall, whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or the jiliall mobile application. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you are accessing jiliall on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, and by accepting these terms you do so both on your own behalf and on behalf of that person.

3 Eligibility

To register and use jiliall, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations. jiliall strictly enforces this age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to register or play.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jiliall or any applicable gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of jiliall, or an immediate family member of any such person.

jiliall reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Registration

To access Real Money Play on jiliall, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address.
• Maintain and prompt ly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Register only one Account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited. If jiliall identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• Not register on behalf of another person or allow any other person to use your Account.

jiliall reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliall account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify jiliall immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any breach of your account security.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your Account, including family members.

jiliall will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have previously notified jiliall of a security breach and jiliall has confirmed receipt of that notification.

6 Deposits

jiliall accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in the Cashier section of the platform at the time of the transaction.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing are not derived from any illegal activity.
• You are the authorized owner or user of the payment method being used.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party.

jiliall does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. jiliall is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors. Deposits are generally credited to your jiliall account instantly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.

jiliall reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any deposit that it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent, in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Cashier section of the jiliall platform. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed jiliall's KYC verification process before your first withdrawal can be processed. This includes submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into your Account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier section.
• jiliall reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

jiliall aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your payment provider. jiliall is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

jiliall may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions that apply to all jiliall promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be restricted based on account status, location, or payment method used.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn.
• jiliall reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

9 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on jiliall are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

jiliall uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session, jiliall reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed. jiliall's decision in such matters is final. jiliall is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems on the Player's end.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiliall and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker, live casino, or any multiplayer game format.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the jiliall platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the use of your Account.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to jiliall immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorization.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

11 Responsible Gaming

jiliall is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity.

Available responsible gaming tools on jiliall include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from jiliall. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliall platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of jiliall or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiliall platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from jiliall without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the platform.
• Use jiliall's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of jiliall's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by jiliall.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiliall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jiliall's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jiliall Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliall does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use jiliall at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and internet connection are secure and suitable for accessing the platform.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jiliall reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jiliall will notify registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of jiliall following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your Account by contacting jiliall customer support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jiliall informally by contacting our customer support team. jiliall will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

Nothing in this clause shall limit jiliall's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
